Just out of curiosity does anyone know anything about this place. Has anyone on this board lived or knew anyone who lived here? Place sounds very interesting.

I think it's completely private. You cannot walk there from towns to either the east or west -- there is no connecting boardwalk. The only way to get there by foot is to walk along the beach.

I don't know if the ferry goes there or not. I know it's small, and very private.

I think long ago it used to be one of these 'exclusive' towns that didn't allow anyone who wasn't white and Christian, etc.

I believe ownership is subject to the approval by the association and there might even be a trial period before that happens.
