This is quite possibly the worst management company and owner. The owner is notorious for threatening people, stealing money, etc... you name it. This is quite possibly the worst management company and owner. The owner is notorious for threatening people, stealing money, etc... you name it. I suggest you do a little research; the news articles aren't hard to find... They have stolen money from me and others that I have discussed within the building through fraudulent accounting practices, they have tried to hold money back for longer than legally allowed and charged me for miscellaneous things to their liking, they have had broken HVAC throughout the summer months in most of the building with little effort to fix it (still not fixed in half the building), and they treat residents and staff horribly. I have been yelled at by management staff, the employees hate working here, and most residents leave after a year when they get pressured into resigning their leases at a ridiculous rent increase. The building is also very cheaply designed and constructed, and the management company's finances are highly precarious. Heed the warning of the wise! [less]
