Who do people go to for Manhattan apartments in the $2-$10M range? When furningshing rentals in the $10K to $25K range? Quality, Manhattan design, but also not forever to get delivered. Thanks

You can go to Wayfair/All Modern/Perigold and search only for items in stock. They do have decent mid/high end range now. There are also many high-end internet places and they may offer assembly service for you. In addtion, look at places like Mitchell Gold (selected items in stock), Bo Concept, Camerich etc. Most high-end places have a lead time but many have some items in stock.
