West Village Houses Co-Op

Loved this apartment until... 1) The neighbors complain that these apartments aren't insulated. The walls need to be insulated and all the windows will have to be replaced. One neighbor from upstairs told me the apartments are hard to heat and register at about 50 degrees in the winter. 2) No storage. I cook and there's zero room to store small appliances and pots and pans. There are only a couple cabinets so you would have to redo the kitchen. 3) The "view of the garden" is gross. The downstairs is filled with weeds and overgrowth. 4) The apartment smelled like dog pee 5) The Co-Op is a mess. Apparently there are a lot of capital improvements needed in the coming years with depleting reserves. This place is waaaaaayyy overpriced.
