Does anyone know why this is so expensive? I know maintenance is high, but can that fully explain an ask of $450k for a jr. 4?

426 days on market. 4 price drops. No floorplan or photos of bedroom, bathroom. Something is very wrong with this apartment aside from the bizarre looking walls and floor. Curious if anyone who knows might weigh in...

Maint is way too high. Broker's pictures make it look like they just the carpeting and put it on the wall. Kitchen/built-ins need to be updated.
