As owner of 471 Grand Street I must say > t’s time to let go this baby and set my sights onto other pastures. I bought this property thirty five years ago with seed money from my mothers savings when working as a seamstress (also in Williamsburg). In short, there has been a lot of tender loving care and a lot of blood sweat & tears shedded as well. I just hope it falls in the hands of someone that’s going to do everything they can to prolong its useful life as the burg evolves forward. There you have it > it’s now out there in the universe !
