Open Listings for Multiple brokers

As many of you know I am doing a FSBO. If I was willing to offer a 3% commission does it make sense to do an Open Listing? Multiple brokers have contacted me on this but I am not too sure about this whole procedure. I assume multiple brokers will advertise the same listing. I will tell them to not post on cragislist or nytimes.com so I do not compete with them. Is there anything else I need to know or be concerned about?

sell by yourself and dont use any brokers....they are useless, just advertise on nytimes and have open houses on sundays......it worked for me............

I would not allow brokers to post your listing.

If they're going to offer it at the same price you aree and you don't mind the 3% than I don't see why not.
