Discussion about 67-66 108th Street in Forest Hills
Seems like sales are slow in this building. Any reason? Difficult board?

Ordinary units, most of which look like they will require renovation, thus increasing cost, at a time when interest rates are high, so knocking out a number of potential buyers at the price point of the building?

The question becomes, are the buyers really qualified ....... or are there other issues causing the turndowns
