Not a Park Slope connoisseur, but being right on top of the Barclays Center does not strike me as being in Park Slope..
Pricing seems crazy to me..
Pricing is bizarre given other options in the same building at 1000+ sq ft within a 7% of pricing for this one.
Well, it certainly isn't in the historic district, nor in the proposed expansion. The text doesn't mention Pk.Slp, but SE has it tagged that way (and whose fault is that?!). More nervous making, however is that the floorplan lists total sq. ft. for each room, rather than dimensions, which should tell you something. The entire thing is smaller than my 1 BR econobox, so yes, pricing seems crazy.
Nice views from the roof though.
Very weird floorplan.
@stache - am I reading this right.. the "private balcony" off the master bedroom is overlooked by a window from/into neighbors apartment? lol.
With a weird kitchen layout you'd see in a studio apartment.
And final touch is only 1 bath, not off of either bedroom?
OMG 647 sq ft 2 bed, missed that earlier. I've lived in larger 1 beds, wow.
Looks like a 20-something roommate split optimized setup to me.
I'm seeing a lot of that the last five years or so. Kind of like luxe dorms.
