Discussion about 118 East 60th Street #3F
Why on earth has this apartment been on the market since 2018 with the asking price going from 450 to 775 for no discernible reason?

some of the current photos and the old listing photos just kind of say to me that the apartment might have a smell that would turn most people away.

The F line is challenging - south facing (59th St), but wedged in behind the Sephora building to the east, and the south-facing extension of the building on the west. That said, I'm struggling with the view out the living room, as I don't think the adjacent G-line has that many windows on the east side of the unit.

But yes, no clear reason for such a price increase.
