Discussion about 420 East 58th Street #19B
We are the last tenant of the unit. We lived in the premise for 15 months from Nov 21- Feb 22 with our 2 year old son. We were subject to Landlord’s constant harassment starting from the first month of our residency. some of these are 311 matters, eg: Landlord refusal to provide child protection guards against NY law. •

some are immediate 911 police matters, eg: the landlord showed up at the premise and attacked my wife. We had to call the police and file a report. Luckily the movers were there and removed her from the premise.

Yes we paid full brokerage fee to Douglas Elliman Agent Mary Anne Fusco which turned out to be a personal friend of the owners.

Also some correction to the original posting noticed the date was a mistake. We lived in the premises from November 2021 till March 2023 (not March 2022).
We had a lease signed a new 2 year lease from December 2022 -December 2024. We had to vacate the premise 3 months into a 2 year lease by the request of the harassing land lord.

And for final comment a police report was filed against land lord physically attacking us.
