Discussion about 401 East 80th Street #34C
I know there is a new highrise being built now, and this building is also redoing their brickwork How is the noise in this building?

The front hallway and kitchen of the unit also back up to the elevator shafts, so there's potential for additional noise there, and buildings of this era (built 1980) are not always the quietest. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, you may want to check it out in person, but, where in Manhattan at this price point isn't noisy?
