Discussion about 500 Central Avenue #1417
This building is currently undergoing a major renovation until march of 2024. The amount of noise makes it difficult for those who work from home to work comfortably. The elevators are consistently breaking down. There is a gym but if you have guests they can not use it even if accompanied by a resident. There is a nice size rec room but no kids playroom. Buy or rent at your own risk.
