Discussion about
Trying to rent in Brooklyn or Queens, but hard to do from out of state. Don't want to rent a unit for a full-year without getting to see it in person, check -out the neighborhood. What's my best bet for finding short-term rental units --month to month or 3 months etc. ?

have you tried Delta Airlines or Jet Blue or American?

Come here stay in a hotel and start looking. That's how I did it.

I'm a broker. My clients have sometimes come and airbnb'ed -- the original way, by becoming a short-term roommate of someone who is in residence -- and then started apartment hunting from there.
