Discussion about 7 East 30th Street in NoMad
Please note: This building is new and the items are as follows: Hot Water goes in and out on a daily basis Water pressure is low There is no live doorman- it is a digital service No doorman for package receipt, messenger interaction or safety There have been heat and ac issues multiple times in the building. Thank you
