Discussion about
I assume the answer to this is 'no' but in case someone here knows otherwise: is there a website that estimates hours of direct sunlight during the summer and winter for NYC properties? There used to be one but it seems to have gone out of business.
It would also depend on a particular floor of a building.
I think it controlled for that
MTH, I think those kind of calculation work for sub-urban roofs - solar panels etc. I can imagine someone doing the calcs for a roof top in NYC after factoring in the height of every building in NYC. But for lower floors, you will need to know the trees, how much they spread out at a particular time of the year, and how high as well. So sunlight for a particular apartment may have entertainment value.
Old article. It only claims to have building level info.

300 - Thanks. Yes, and it seems it's defunct. Good point about trees, fire escapes, anything like that.
Localize changed their business model and now offers AI Tools for real estate agents.
When AI gets going it will have all this kind of information.
