For sure, all the FiDi devs that straddled the GFC would be a great example.

For more examples - 75 Wall, 20 Pine..
Abatement gone, below pre-GFC and pre-COVID asks.
Taxes, maintenance, etc up.
All the finishes are now dated/worn compared to buying it brand new.

at least 20 pine, 75 wall are FiDi. 123 Washington ... what's that?
