What will it sell for? https://streeteasy.com/sale/1733884?card=1
@30 Not in the biz so no idea but that place is enchanting. Still - from 10m to 29m in 5 yrs? Kind of staggering. What was the state of the place in 2019? Even if it was a wreck, that's pretty aggressive. There don't seem to be any rules to Manhattan RE pricing.
It was a wreck in 2019*, and the place looks pretty darn nice now (with a few exceptions, but what do I know? Yhe owner is the fancy pants interior designer, not me). Don't know where the SE prices come from - the last sale seems to be for $8.5m in July 2019 (public administrator sale**)

@Aaron2 How wonderful - restores my faith in humanity
I appreciate that this property is nestled, instead of perched.
That property looks lovely. Another interesting townhouse that is on the market again is the Ellen Biddle Shipman house at 31 Beekman Place, asking $32M: https://streeteasy.com/sale/1723563
*21 Beekman Place.
Of note, it is also "nestled."
The skill and wealth it takes to display such polish is impressive which is the point, no doubt but I sort of love the before pictures. It would've been interesting to apply a light touch to the design. And hey, vive la difference.
