Need a RE Broker to show my coop for sale

I am looking for a licensed RE Broker to be physically present for showing my apartment for sale at 222 Park Ave South with a fee arrangement of a paid fee per showing. Showami provides such a service but I am looking for one same individual to do the showings, not anyone who may be available at that time. Not sure what a fee per visit would be but open to discussion at 914 309 5676
