I'm sure there are a few more lots that could be assembled and built on before Landmarks halts development in the area - they've pretty much locked out the Heights, Cobble Hill (except near the water), Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the blocks E & W of the Manhattan Bridge. I think the extension of the Park Slope district is in progress as well (for a truly uninteresting large set of blocks. There's a bit of Vinegar Hill left to build on, and the big money may be made in buying up Carroll Gardens lots. Other than being subway-challenged, I'd see the perimeter of Greenwood Cemetery as being prime ground ("quiet neighbors" as the real estate listings say, and they don't complain).

I'm betting on Atlantic Ave area marching toward Prospect Park.
