Discussion about
Any views on whether Proposal 2 (fast track affordable housing), 3 (simplify review of modest projects), and 4 (establish affordable housing appeals board), a) should* be approved, and b) what they'll actually do to land use and building approval processes in NYC? (How odd is the city charter that we need to vote on #5? isn't that an administrative task?
