this place was 13.350 just three months ago? seems cheap given the rest of 15 CPW.

I really don't understand how this is $35MM. "The rich aren't like you and me," was never more true.

Sizzlack: The June sale probably went to contract a long time ago, at the original, pre-construction price. The closing might have been held up for several months, for any number of reasons.
