WB new developments

anyone have thoughts on when and at what price new developments should price out at in williamsburg once they come on line? i may be missing some here, but in the general, bedford area 5 - 10 sq block radius you have: NV, warehouse 11, 125 N. 10th, the edge, northside piers, nforth, the rialto, 80 metropolitan, from a brief review. granted that all are new construction and may have varying levels of fixtures, it seems like an aweful lot of inventory coming on line in the next couple months. can anyone throw out price psf and reasons why? please no vitriol regarding hipsters, bitter renters, yuppies, etc--specific and substantiated dialogue appreciated.
