Discussion about
So I was there today, wow, active and fun. So if I wanted to live there but not in one of those highrises by the water where would I live? I'm taking $750K range, potentially more. Thanks

If you are intrested in buying and not in one of those high rises. There are a lot of deals out there, most of them are resales from preivous owners as well as folks that have lived there for a long time and are looking to get out.
If you would like a list of places to see and would consider working with a broker, ( cost you nothing ) please send me an email at Vic.Parise@elliman.com or you can call me at 917-797-2460.
I can send you a list of deals in the places you would like to live, streets as well.
Thanks,

Vic

When you think investment..... think Williamsburg and Greenpoint Brooklyn. My name is Randy Ossowski and I have worked as a Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Broker in these 2 areas of Brooklyn for the last 9 years...Just one stop from Manhattan, Williamsburg offers much more amenities and space for the money- may it be in Rentals or Sales. If anyone is interested in receiving more information on what is available email me at rossowski@aptsandlofts.com - or call me at the office ... 718-384-5304

I remember the times when brokers were arrogant. It must be humbling...
