srb162 - WEnt to 310 west 72nd st. OH today. Will be writing a more complete report of this and others I saw on the UWS later, but want to let you know that I was impressed with the work done in this apt. All new woodwork and doors, new bathrooms, electrical, W/D, open kitchen and nice view from Living rm. and master bedroom. Orig. floors looked great. Nice, well kept bldg. Lots of people there while I was looking. Third bedroom ,made from a larger dining room, ws small, but worked for my needs. All in all, one of the best apts. I've seen in a while
