It's actually $841 per square ft. $900/sq. ft is another $78,000 or an approximate 7% increase over the actual listing price (I think I did the math correctly). I don't reckon the developers are planning on a price chop (at least not yet!). I signed a contract for a unit in this building and have kept an eye on the prices. Most of the price changes have been due to floor plan changes (e.g., combining a studio with a two bedroom or reducing the size of a large unit) as stated in the amendments to the offering plan. If you're interested in the property submit a low ball offer or ask them to cover your closing costs. Won't hurt to ask. Good luck.
