What Neighborhoods Get Hit First?

I don't think anywhere is immune, but where do we think the worst hits happen? I've heard a *lot* of folks mention Financial District. Totally makes sense there... tons of inventory *just* hitting the market and clearly connected to Wall Street. I also have to figure LIC and Williamsburg, with all the new inventory Where else do folks think the drops will be.

Anything not prime.

Anything, regardless of location, where 'something' is a weak link (bad view, bad light, bad amenities, bad layout, bad finishes, bad building financials, etc.)
