how much time you gonna spend hating on this place?
from the way your place looks next door its not like it a architectural gem or historic

you have to see the neighbors yard next door...for people that are so concerned about their property that they make a website about it, their backyard look like sh*t!!! A disgrace to the block these people are!

I think I checked out that place... the stairs in some of the units (duplex) were crazy steep, with really shallow steps. Like, I've never seen steps that shallow. (You had to turn your feet almost sideways to descend the stairs.)
If that's the building I'm thinking of, I'd be surprised if someone didn't fall down the stairs at the open house, based on the intrepid climbers. It was funny, in a scary sorta way.

I heard the sponsor will pay for new stairs, free of charge, to anyone who likes the units.
