Would like to rent out my 2 bedroom apartment in Manhattan. Wonder what would be the ideal length to commit? One month/Two months/Three months exclusive.

Wont it depend on the price range generally and then also how reasonable or ridiculous your price range is?

An exclusive should never be longer than thirty days. If it's not rented in a month, you should have all your options open. It's actually much better to go as an open listing with several different brokers.
