I would like to see listings in Sussex County. The taxes are lower, which, the property sizes larger and the prices of homes have drastically reduced from what I've seen compared to those in Bergen & Passaic counties, making it much more attractive than commuting to PA. The school systems are well rated and while NJ has it's quirks, I enjoy living here and don't want to move to PA just to afford a home. Any chance in getting Sussex County listings here?
