These are the rates I got today for a jumbo condo

30 Year Fixed
Rate: 6.375 %
15 Year Fixed
Rate: 6.000 %
10 Year Arm
Rate: 6.25 %
7 Year Arm
Rate: 6.000 %
5 Year Arm
Rate: 5.75 %
5 Year ARM Interest Only
Rate: 5.875 %

We are very competitive with our jumbo 30 years fixed. Shying away from any of the ARM products and so should everyone buying. But we are financing 75% up to 3M and 80% up o 1.5M. More money down will get you better rates. 20% vs 30%. sunny_hong@countrywide.com
