It's overpriced. If you're gonna shell out $2.4 for a RSD West-facing apartment, you want to see the river. 5th floor just doesn't cut it.

I saw the apartment today. It really does have river views. First of all, it is really on the six floor not the fifth and the building is positioned on a hill which heightens the views. The issue is more that although a spectacular apartment, it only has two bedrooms which are not really that big ( and no maid's room). This makes it less desirable for families and the price is a bit high for a 2 bedroom, albeit a spectacular 2 bedroom!
