Discussion about 61 East 77th Street
(Discussing Sale at 61 East 77th Street in Upper East Side) I looked at this apartment - it is a dump! Poor layout, back facing, low ceilings, no light and views of building mechanical equipment. It needs a COMPLETE gut too! Certainly no bargain considering the work involved to make it liveable and the high monthlies. Worst of all, the seller's agent is surly and unprofessional. Not to mention that he reprices the property every five minutes. Good luck if you get involved with this fiasco!

Well at $450K in that block, what did you expect?
