1. He now claims to be a life-long New Yorker.
2. He has a strange obsession with street festivals.
3. He's got a lot of anger and time on his hands to be ranting like a lunatic on any board that will have him.

It is ironic that Rufus loves all the things we make fun of in New York.
Street Fairs.
Dockers.
Fat Girls.
Alleys.
Racism.
Segregation.

Uhhh...I definitely DO NOT want alleys. In fact, if you did any research whatsoever, you would see that alleys tend to create little pockets where people can get robbed, do drugs, break-in to places without being seen/heard, etc. Although, judging from your statements about getting rid of the lower class like they are disposable "objects", I can see how you would subscribe to the "as long as I don't see it, it isn't happening doctrine"...see also ostrich.

because every one knows that as soon as your eyes meet a garbage bag on the street waiting to be picked up...well...your day is simply ruined. Perhaps even your month. Sh*t I'm still trying to recover from a bag of trash I saw on 37th and 2nd ave in 1991.

Cracker Boy, people usually walk along the shortest possible route.
When that means walking through alleys, they see disgusting garbage bags everywhere, and fat Chicago broads, and badly-dressed sweatpants-wearing Chicago diners, and drearily-dressed plebes going to Chicago sports bar nightclubs.
Chicagoans wish they had real streets to walk along instead -- although that's hardly at the top of their extensive Chicago wishlists.

Riv...welcome to the plague that is Rufus. He does not live in NYC. He lives in Chicago. It's been three weeks since he was asked the direction of 7th Avenue and still no answer.

So, Rufus, are you on a Mission from God to bring NYC down?
Some people prefer Chicago, some prefer NYC, let's just leave it at that.

Not only does rufus post anonymously, he then agrees with himself, and then he points to himself as "evidence".
He's nearly as famous as Joe The Plumber...
Rufus McCain?
