Invalid Offering Plan - Brooklyn

just wanted to give anyone a heads up that bought an apartment in the "New Condos" in Greenpoint Brooklyn that the offering plan is invalid. The sponsor didn't file the amendment to the plan on time and you can get out of the deal.

Be careful! The sponsor can still go after for full payment plus interests and attorney fees.

Inoeverything? On what basis can the sponsor do that. If the plan is invalid you can rescind.
