Nada. Haven't seen any posting I'd like to see for 4 weeks. Don't know where all those amazing post-Labour Day listings are but I am sure there is a lot to come.

Inventory is up. Crappy overpriced inventory that is. The best thing buyers can do is boycott open houses.

i went to a couple this weekend, each about 1.5-2.0mil overpriced. ridiculous, actually more comical than anything.
