Can someone tell me if an individual (FSBO) can list on the MLS in Manhattan? I have seen some sites that say they let you list for a fee, but I heard somewhere that maybe there wasn't an MLS for Manhattan? If anyone can clear this up, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Manhattan doesn't have an MLS but the REBNY monitored RLS. You have to be a member of REBNY to list and the members are only brokerages.

Thanks. Do any Brokers list for FSBO for a flat fee?
