Has anyone looked at this condo conversion? It looks like they have converted about 20-30% of the units and combined 4 2BR units into 4 bedrooms apts. Corcoran shows a good number of deals in contract and I was wondering how one can figure out when these buyers might break their contracts. Any and all insight into the heads of the developer would be helpful.
