construction -the old Shelly's on 57th street

Does anyone have any idea what is going to be built on this site at 57th & 6th ave? Its right next door to Duane Reed ad a co op Im looking at in 100 west 57th street. There is another empty lot opposite inthe old Fur Store on 57th street and no one seems to know whats being built. any infor would be great -

I was looking in the building also. I was told by the seller's broker that a new tower was going to rise on the site and eliminate my view.
