My wife and I saw condos at 225 Murray 2 weeks ago. The building was okay. However, some of the spaces were odd, and we have seen a few web postings suggesting that there might be an issue with the building. Anybody have information/opinion?

Are you referring to 225 Murray (which doesn't exist AFAIK) or "25 Murray St":http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/25-murray-street-manhattan?
