Just got a call from an equity group interested in buying comerc RE at 6 xs Rent roll. Yikes!! I hear 6xs RR hasn't been around since the 1970s RE bust. Earlier this yr, the offers were around 12 to 15 xs RR. Are the 6 xs RR bottom feeders & they figure no one can pay their mtg? comments, please. thanks
