What do people think of the neighborhood? What about Twenty9th Park Madison condo?

I live to close to there. Surprised how much I like it. Very convenient to everything, great school (116) and lots of new restaurants opening in the area. Not as bopping as downtown but I walk down to union square all the time. The park is up kept beautifully and has lots of seasonal events. Depends what you are looking for.

i live west of madison square park and love the area. Re apts, ive looked at some of the new devs in the area, and i think the best value for upside are the bldgs that are actually on the park. while area has built up, there are only a handful that are right there - specifically 15 madison square, grand madison, a coop with 5-8 apts on the NE corner, one madison park, and possibly the toybuilding's twin to the west of the park. I think skyhouse and twenty9th park madison will be nice buildings, but I wldnt consider them part of madison square - both two blocks north and a very different feel.
