i visited there... it's really far and afraid of what it wld be like to walk from the train three avenues at midnight. a bit sketchy area. traffic is going to be horrible too.

and they are building a couple apts next to the building - so id def go for a high floor if possible. at least that is protected.

slso look at the orion if you do like that area.. i think the building is a bit nicer, but more $$$ and next to port authority...

Very nice, beautiful looking building, but I wasn't crazy about the neighborhood. Remings me I'm most likely an UES type, but between the grunge and the distance to anything useful, I wasn't really sold on the location.

Pricing seems to be quite good for a new development. The biggest objection I had was that in the 2-beds, you either had to trade off a decent living rm space or go with two very small bedrooms. 2nd beds are painfully small. Broker was nice and helpful, in my opinion. If you can get your arms around the loca, it could gentrify into a really nice buy in five/ten years.
