Hi! I've just started looking in Williamsburg. There are some great places there and I really like the neighborhood. Seems like alot of places have been on the market for a while now, with a slew of new condo developments on the way. who would want to buy in area that has one of the highes asma rates in newyork and the countrie, not to mention the 17 million gallon oil spill creeping into the basements in greenpoint and williamsburg, and the heavily polluting industries that left there marks in the soil.
GOOGLE it TOXIC BROOKLYN, it mind boggling...
