looking at apt here to buy. on corner of madison square park. anyone know anything about it?

and you think there is upside to the area? park has cleaned up real nice - still homeless there but no longer stinks of pee in the air... def step in right direction...

That park seems pretty nice, but lots of buma there at nites. Also no place to go grocery shopping. The new apts there look pretty cool though but havent been in.
