Need info -150 East 61st Street

Took it off my list about a year ago because I was told that the land lease expires in just a few years. (Sorry, I don't recall the details.)n. The risk of signicant increase in maintenance scared me away. Pretty nice building and great location (although 61st St can have very heavy traffic).

Thanks, Riley. The automatic renewal is in 2009 for 30 more years. I heard something about negotiations with the landowner, and I was trying to get more details, if possible.

Really, if the land lease expired without a negotiated renewal, is any court going to allow a landowner to take the property of 150 apartment owners?
