Wait a minute....if the LR and MBR are about 29' across, then that means that the closet area and BA are 21'6" across, assuming that the terrace is really 50'6". My guess is that this whole thing is a sham.

I was actually kind of wondering if maybe it's a duplex and they forgot to post the other half of the floorplan?

waverly, the LR is 21 not 14

It seems like a full square would be 51 wide and 44 deep = 2244 (including the patio and hallway/elevator). You don't want to pay for the hallway too?

ccdevi - I took the LR/Kitchen as 21' long and 14+ across. The other way around would be very narrow. The kithcen would be in the middle of the LR.

Isn't it misleading to quote SF including external SF?
