oh please - this listing has been on the market for more than 18 months. first at 3.4 (when it was worth 2.4) and now 2.75 when it is worth - who knows but a lot less than 2.4. great apt but 1200 psf for a gut rehab apt.? come on guys get real. maybe the owner can sell it to another banker.
