Any current market rate tenants at Stuyvesant Town or Peter Cooper Village get lease renewals yet? I'm curious to see whether market rents will see big increases with the new owner and management.

Go check out the board at stpcvta.org; that's the best place for peter cooper/stuy town info.

Just got our renewal, an increase of $200.00 / month. Last year it was a $400.00 / month increase.
