Discussion about 340 Bond Street
The layout of these units are horrible and not well thought out. The mezzanines are a joke. Each apartment is so bazaar it's like being in a fun house.

what were you expecting from a condo in a lousy neighborhood like cobble hill?

I thought Cobble Hill was a really nice neighborhood, all brownstones and all. Kane Street school great for the kids.

340 Bond Street isn't actually Cobble Hill althouh they are marketing it there.
